When it comes to knowledge about the Black Box (Microlog) era Seeburgs, I yield to two other
guys - Ron Rich and Anthony Miller. Both have made significant contributions to the
Dr. Know-It-All column.
Anthony wrote the "Black and Gray Box Book", which has been available for some time now.
Ron has now written The Seeburg Microlog Jukebox Troubleshooting Guide. This book is intended to be
complementary to the Seeburg USC1 Service Manual. It gives down to earth advice for finding your problem.
This is a complex system with several pitfalls. Ron's book runs you through the troubleshooting
and warns you of things that can get you in trouble. For working on these I recommend getting
this book.
